Donkey Dash Racing

I had a pleasure to visit Kashubia region (town of Przywidz, north of Poland) this weekend, where Custom Days event took place. Guys from Cafe Racer Club Poland, as usual, stood up to the task and it was fun. There were some unique builds present (including The Watkins M001). I’ll organize some post with a photo gallery of the exhibition event later.

But with this post, I’d like to focus on an awesome event that was a part of the exhibition.

Donkey Dash

Basically, it was an in-door racing event, that most likely has its roots in Speedway / Dirt Track racing. But this was held in a “slightly” smaller scale. The track is about 20 meters long. And it was fun! The race is all over the place. Motorcycles ride wheel to wheel. Being so close to the fight, and having the dirt all over the clothing – what a rush! All that was needed was an empty stable… and some “be a doer” attitude 🙂
