Triumph T100 “Leonor” by Unik Edition

I loved Unik Edition’s first pro build – “Pandora”. Lately, they released the beautiful Ducati “Tribute”. And this one is the last of their builds that will be featured here for a while, but I had to show it. We had a Japanese Cafe Racer, Italian retro-mod and now it is a

European Bobber made from a British bike

2014 Triumph T100 Bonneville to be precise. A lower, leaner and fatter Bonnie.

Not only Unik Edition’s diversity is the reason behind this post. But also my silent disgust for the Triumph Bobber model that’s been on sale for two years now. This build shows how it should be done. There is no such thing as a factory “Bobber”. Also, this genre of customization has nothing to do with Triumphs… This build is the way You do a European Bobber. You don’t release one to the dealers.

Custom work that’s been done to the bike includes

  • Belt drive
  • Beautiful custom exhaust
  • 4 cm Lower front forks
  • Ohlins suspension
  • 500-16´´ wheels
  • Rear sets on foot pegs
  • M-lock, m-unit
  • Beringer brakes
  • PM levers
  • Power injection kit
  • Wider front

with added Custom Hedon helmets to complete the “image.”

A new paint job was done

Black and dark red theme, match the fat tires and the “organic” shape of the seat. The line is straight. Seems almost like a mix of a Brat with a Bobber, but probably the origin of the bike (Brat style is for Japanese bikes) is where we draw the line, and the “European Bobber” begins.

And you can spot many subtle mods and changes on the photos. The exhaust is beautifully welded. Rear sets are custom made. Front fender hugs the fat tire closely. The five bolts around the headlight. Motogadget classic analog tachometer… All these prove fantastic attention to details.
