Buell XB9 Cafe Racer by Iron Pirate Garage

I like Buells. Because they are different. But not only that it’s the fuel tank in the frame, oil tank in the swing-arm and this big single disc brake in the front. I love the story behind it… As it’s like 1 guy – alone – managed to create a “sport” division of Harley Davidson out of some supply of old engines. Too bad that they are constantly in financial trouble. You can read more about the story behind the badge here: Wikipedia.

This build is based on a “superlight” Buell XB9.

And it’s perfect 🙂 What can I say – black composition with little red accents. The slick line and profile of a pretty muscular and still lightweight base (175kg dry weight)… And this weight includes 1 liter engine! Put in motorcycle that has less than 2 meter total length.
Is it build with proper cafe racer spirit? Definitely…
