Moto Guzzi V7 Scrambler from BAAK Motorcycles

I don’t know what it is about Moto Guzzi. Honestly. I usually have rational explanation why I like/dislike a brand, model or… anything. But with Moto Guzzi – I have no idea what it is, I simply like them and would definitely see one in my garage someday. Even more than a Ducati, which seems to focus too much on “sport and performance” – can’t blame them for that, it’s just not my target I guess.

Modern Moto Guzzi is about the presence, heritage and style.

And obviously the sound of this iconic V2 engine

which supplements the general stance of the motorcycle (long, low, massive).

Lyon (France) based BAAK Motorcycles specialize in Triumph, but seem to share the passion for Italian V-twins. This presented motorcycle – is V7 Scrambler version. With some minor modifications to the Italian piece of engineering, they built a stylish “city scrambler”. I like the brown leather details (bag, grips, leather strip on a tank), small speedo and quite characteristic exhaust pipes (referring directly to Triumph Scrambler). Connected with polished metal and general minimalism. It’s a mix that works for me.

Check out their website for accessories and other parts “kits” for different styles (V7 Racer version is cool too!)
