I believe it’s the first KTM featured here. Why is that?
This needs to change. I present You the “Angular” from One-Up Moto Garage. It’s a classic twist on a scrambler/tracker bike based on something You don’t see modified too often – KTM RC390.
KTM is an exciting brand. They have their own design. I would call it a perfect blend of Italian style and German engineering. Being located perfectly between these two countries – in Austria – I find it obvious.
Moreover – their bikes are always equipped with high-quality suspension and brakes. Even the smallest displacements, are nice performance machines, that You can trust to handle and stop properly. So You don’t need to upgrade how it rides at all. You focus on the looks.
The problem is they don’t have a “classic” frame, so they are not quite “retro” enough when modified.
KTM will never look like a classic Yamaha SR or a Honda CB…
But… who cares… This one is the perfect example that You can do something good, with a modern, sports base. Have something exotic and unique.
I’d ride that to work every day… If only it had better fenders… 🙂
